Registered Details Verification Required
For security and account protection, deletion inquiries must be dispatched from your registered email address or mobile number. Requests received from unregistered channels will undergo extensive verification or be rejected to prevent unauthorized deletion.

We delete and anonymize eligible account and address details within 7 business days.

What happens to my data?
Permanently Deleted
The following information is scrubbed or anonymized immediately after validation:
- Your profile particulars (registered name, contact number, avatar).
- Your saved address book (delivery markers, delivery directions).
- Loyalty milestones, promotional preferences, and app history.
- Active app login sessions and authentication tokens.
Legally Retained
We are required under regional regulations to retain the following records:
- Tax invoice registers and billing details (mandatory for tax compliance).
- Payment reference tokens and gateway transaction histories (fraud prevention).
- Past dispute resolution, claims, or refund files.
- Operational order delivery logs for accounting and regulatory audits.
Compliance and Processing Rules
Data retained for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, order, payment, or dispute-resolution purposes is kept securely isolated in an encrypted storage zone. It is strictly excluded from marketing cycles and app operations.
